Youth Fitness Classes

Ages 5-12 yrs. old

Monday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Saturday: 12pm - 1pm

$180 / month

Coach Alvin will work with your young athletes to begin training towards basic fundamentals necessary to become an elite athlete in the future! Training will consist of a mix of speed, agility, and quickness in combination with resistance and body-weight training.

Young Buck QB/WR Training

Winter Session: 

Ages 6-14 Years Old

December 18th - 30th ONLY

Monday-Sunday (7 Days / Week)

*No Session Christmas Day*

8am - 10 am

Coach Vinny Passas and Coach Allen Cui will be running a winter training course specific to both the QB and WR position. Coach Vinny will work with Qb's in the areas of but not limited to: Pocket Pressence, mobile throwing, arm care and film study. Coach Cui will work with WR's in the areas of: Route running, footwork, football IQ, and hand Techniques. These athletes will also recieve a large volume of repetitions.

Speed Camp

Ages 11-19 yrs. old

   Monday: 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Wednesday: 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Saturday: 1pm - 2:30pm

$400 / month 

≈ $30 per class


$60 / Session 


Speed camp is a progression style course in which athletes will be challenged and pushed to reach new thresholds in regard to speed and acceleration. The main emphasis over the 4 weeks will be how to: properly apply force and power in the early and late stages of acceleration, to increase top end speed, biomechanics work, stride length/frequency, and to increase overall strength/explosiveness in the early and late stages of running.
