Football Classes

Please note monthly memberships expire 30 days after the purchase date. Athletes will be able to attend all scheduled sessions to a specific class during the membership cycle. If an athlete is absent from that days session it not compensated unless GCS cancelled that session.

Coach Roy's:

This class is designed to enhance the key athletic qualities required for success at the running back and linebacker positions in football. Whether you're breaking tackles or delivering them, this training program targets speed, power, agility, explosiveness, and endurance—the core attributes that define top-tier players in these critical positions.

​

Running Back Focus:
For running backs, we prioritize footwork, quick burst acceleration, agility, and overall explosiveness. Through high-intensity drills, you'll improve your ability to change direction on a dime, navigate through tight spaces, and accelerate past defenders. This class integrates ball-handling drills to simulate in-game scenarios and sharpens your vision, decision-making, and ability to maintain balance and power through contact.

Linebacker Focus:

For linebackers, the emphasis is on lateral speed, reaction time, strength, and tackling power. This class sharpens your ability to read plays, explode off the line of scrimmage, and close down gaps with authority. Plyometrics and agility drills enhance your ability to cover ground quickly, while strength training builds the power necessary to engage blockers and deliver dominant tackles.

 

What to Expect:

  • Plyometric drills for power and speed

  • Agility and reaction training to improve quickness and decision-making

  • Position-specific footwork drills to simulate in-game movements

  • Strength exercises for upper and lower body explosiveness

  • Tackling and ball protection techniques for maximum efficiency
