Coach Roy's Jr All Skills 5-10 yrs old
Sunday: 8am - 9am
Monday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
$125 / month or $40 / class

Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
All athletes will work with Coach Roy to better develop the necessary ground work to become an Elite athlete. From resistance band and body weight strength training to speed, agility, and quickness training Coach Roy is prepared, knowledgeable, and has much experience coaching football from youth to college. Young Buck QB/WR Training
Winter Session:
Ages 6-11 Years Old
December 18th - 30th ONLY
Monday-Sunday (7 Days / Week)
2 Time slots available per day:
8am - 10 am or 12pm - 2pm
$60 / Day
$250 / Week

**Christmas Special Pre-Registration ends December 15th**

Coach Vinny Passas and Coach Allen Cui will be running a winter training course specific to both the QB and WR position. Coach Vinny will work with Qb's in the areas of but not limited to: Pocket Pressence, mobile throwing, arm care and film study. Coach Cui will work with WR's in the areas of: Route running, footwork, football IQ, and hand Techniques. These athletes will also recieve a large volume of repetitions.
