GC ELITE TRAINING
Our coaches will instruct and skill specific training to increase the effectiveness of all aspects of the game: shooting, passing, speed and agility, ball handling, footwork, and conditioning.

SHOOTING, FINISHING, & EXPLOSION
This course focuses on improving the athlete’s shooting and finishing agility as well as becoming an overall more explosive athlete. The goal is to improve shooting mechanics through repetition and high level teaching.

YOUTH MINI CAMP
Mini camp is a two hour camp in which the athletes get repetitions in the following development areas: Offensive and Defensive skill development, IQ, Speed/Agility/Strength and conditioning. The athletes rotate camp style to get a balanced and productive workout.

DAY: Sundays
TIME: 2:00 - 4:00pm (20 spots max)
No Mini Camp on the 1st weekend of every month.

Mini camp
TEAM TRAINING
Reserved for team training (Middle, HS, and/or club. Teams receive Speed, agility strength and conditioning training. Trainers will also focus on skill building and shooting repetitions.

INRODUCTORY STRENGTH COURSE
Introductory Strength training course geared specifically for youth basketball players. Training will emphasize: Age appropriate strength training, proper technique and execution of workouts, nutrition, recovery methods etc
