Youth Fitness Classes

Please note monthly memberships expire 30 days after the purchase date. Athletes will be able to attend all scheduled sessions to a specific class during the membership cycle. If an athlete is absent from that days session it not compensated unless GCS cancelled that session.

Futures:

Speed, Agility & Quickness

Join Coach Roy for Futures, a dynamic, action-packed class designed to help kids ages 6-11 build essential athletic skills through fun and engaging activities. Focused on speed, agility, and quickness, this class will help young athletes develop coordination, reaction time, and balance while improving their ability to move faster and more efficiently. Through a series of interactive drills, games, and challenges, children will enhance their footwork, reaction speed, and overall fitness, setting a strong foundation for any sport or physical activity. Futures is the perfect way for kids to stay active, get stronger, and gain the confidence to move with speed and agility!

Get ready to build strength, boost endurance, and develop healthy fitness habits in Futures with Coach Willie! This class for kids ages 6-11 focuses on age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises that promote overall fitness and physical confidence. Through fun, engaging activities, Coach Willie will guide young athletes in developing stronger muscles, improving balance, and enhancing coordination—all while having a great time. With a combination of bodyweight exercises, fun drills, and teamwork challenges, kids will build the foundation for a lifetime of fitness. Perfect for any child looking to get stronger, increase stamina, and improve athletic performance, Futures is where kids start their fitness journey!

Both Futures classes are available for $250 / month. This will include 16 training sessions per month with both Coach Roy (8 Sessions) and Coach Willie (8 Sessions)
